tommorw im going to start my fat loss my weight need to lose 4 inches in my waist 38in im – 5 feet 11 – Weigh 97. 5kg – Men im.J ‘I intend to wake up – do 40 minutes of low intensity cardio area burnign fat – every day – I just bought this for my bedroom Machian – OK – I have no other teams have no time to the gym or running around the block runnign i hate my legs hurt too – I love the elllipcatl coach. . Then I will start eating Falken helthy the morning sounds, healthy salad and pasta for lunch and dinner Light – chicken salad and fruit dessert before 8pm.

    I think your plan is a pretty good start, however it’s been proven that by varying your workout between muscle workouts and cardio, you will loose fat quicker.

    If you don’t have all the fancy equiptment, that’s okay, you can do exersizes that don’t require equiptment like sit-ups, push-ups, squats, etc.
