I have read this book and began to implement the advice of the author. While some advice is sound and the program seems to work, please be careful. For example, I tried to eat only when hungry, leading to extreme weakness and other health problems. Consequently, I had to leave the program after a week, had to take two weeks off because I felt constantly weak and weak and could not start a new diet for at least a month. I was a yo-yo dieting for 10 years and this book, it did for me. It is very clear, very logical and realistic. They also manage their expectations very well may not be for everyone. It is structured so that there is a heavy reading. The method is so simple that there is simply no excuse for not fitting. I worked for the past 12 years of my life and had not been able to achieve my fitness / form goal, but the approach that Dr. Waterhouse recommends is holistic, and it makes sense for your body.
