    none, it is a waste of your money. If there was a really good weight loss supplement it would be all over the news and everyone would be skinny. but no, all you see are those stupid commercials with people that probably lost weight from those pills because they also did other things like EXERCISE. Its easy to take the pill and exercise at the same time and saying that “the pill did all the work”. Pills dont work, save your money and risk of side effects. eat healthy and exercise

    Getting up off that chair you’re sitting in and get out for a walk. Try to walk for about 30 minutes a night and before you know it, BAM! the belly is gone. Watch your eating habits and quit smoking.

    I would steer clear of any weighloss supplements. Most are not safe and none of them work.

    As for losing belly fat, you can’t spot weight loss. The best thing to do would be to start doing abdominal exercises and lose excess body fat with proper diet and exercise.

    A lot of times people think the only method of losing weight is dieting or traditional diet pills, when actually it is relatively unknown causes that cause excess weight. This blog reviews a site that explains the built up plaque and fecal matter that many people have, and no, exercising won’t get rid of it!
