
How can I lose 6 pounds fast??? Worry cause getting chubby/fat? Need tips how to get motivated please help?
Ok, so before I developed and I have to correct problems, I’ll tell you my background story so you can get a better understanding of my situation.Ok, so first, me 19 years, I’m in California and I live with my parents (yes I know it sucks). Thus, like 7-8 months I left school for personal reasons very well 1 month before the test Sat, etc and I am very depressed because I felt like a loss because all my friends were not good SAT test and I but as I said there was good reason to leave and as if this were not enough my girlfriend broke up with me at this time. Thus, without even noticing it, I started eating more because I do not want to leave and felt like a delay. But there is something like 4 months when I left the shower, looked in the mirror and I said ‘My God! Swell Dude youre / chubby! “In fact, I began to have a round tummy, and I realized that the cheekbones, chin and jaw a little bigger or larger, even if the rest of my body (shoulders and chest are normal). So I decided go to the Internet to see if it was actually a bit overweight can I calculate my BMI (I’m 5 “9 ‘” 173 pounds), and yes I am overweight, weighing 6 kilos more “normal” BMI limit. it pisses me off cause the least amount of time saved by my (cruel) friends started joking about her “fat”, while my family friend politely let me say that I have gained some weight and I had to lose weight as a partner, even my sister told me that if I had to work and I would do weight training that could become a muscular, handsome young man. What is certain, because I’ve always been thin and somewhat cute boy without me until I begin présent.Ok presume at this point, really want to get rid of this excess fat, but I have some problems when it comes to motivation and fitness. Ok here is an example, they have treated this like 5 times for 5 months One day I said “ok now is the time to burn fat and get fit, then start doing some push-ups, sit-ups and weight lifting at home and when I finished I said “Well now you continue like this for 4 moths and I will be fine.” But the next day when I have to motivate me I’m sitting on the couch and watch TV and said “Do not worry, I’ll make twice the work until tomorrow, “and of course the next day, I say the same thing and finally quit. Another problem is that I can not stop eating between meals is not serious if it is between breakfast and lunch or dinner meal whenever I feel a little hungry, I took everything that is tasty and well around Twinkies, cookies, noodles, cakes, whatever. And the worst is that I feel more hungryafter wardss freakin is a vicious circle. Alors Here are my two questions for you and hopefully help me: What can I do to get motivated and do regular work outs? I mean who can not afford a gym now and then temporary work paychecks fast food and my parents refuse to give me a lot of money now that j ‘s of 19. So what can I do? Hire a car low budget? WHAT? Please advice me next question is: How can I leave eating between meals? And do not tell me to stop taking pills against hunger (unless natural) orproteinn shakes, readsomewheree me that, That Kind of thing is not good. If you have any advice for home remedies that would be great. I just want to stop having the urge to eat between meals when I should not be hungry because they eat well, eat breakfast and dîner.Si someone came to my aid while I still see my feet I would be very reconnaissant.MerciAu review

perhaps you should consider reading the asnwers people give you.
motivation is key here, if you don’t have it… then you’ll probably stay chubby.
first, go back to school, no reason is good enough to drop out! You wont get anywhere in life in you dont graduate HS…At least promise yourself to get your GED ASAP!!!! cause if you dont NOW, you wont want to later & you’ll gain another 50 pounds….sounds like you starting gaining weight after you dropped out of school. second, lots of water will do it, DRINK lots of water. maybe even add some lemon to it. first thing in the morning, glass of water, per the “Gracie’s” in between eat fruits to fill you up. Please promise urself u will finish school.
