Have you had success and lost weight during the past only to get back it, plus more later? In the past diets carried a warning not to stay on them longer than the prescribed period ; usually two weeks, some a mere a few days. Are you selecting to get an additional helping, even though you are nicely full? Start by changing one behaviour and you’re on your way. Do you opt to take the bag of chips to the couch? Change that, actually just stop eating on the couch entirely and you are one step closer. Eliminate the custom of grabbing some bites on your way past the candy dish that alone can shave many pounds.
Select one little habit or behavior at a time, not your complete life, and you may have a much better chance to achieve your weight reduction goals.
