I take those pills too! I am surprised you have only lost 9 lbs. in a month. Maybe it’s because you are exercising…muscle weighs more than fat. Can you tell that you are losing inches? Like, are you clothes fitting better? Just keep taking the pills and don’t give up…sounds like you are doing a good job!
you know that is a good question, i have the same problem, i used to take phentermine and lose 5 lbs a wk, now i stopped and have begun taking them and i am losing wt really slow, like almost nothing, maybe we need to go on adipex

For those tablets you are losing the right amount of weight!! Drink a sip of apple cider vinegar to burn more fat.
Those foods u r listing r NOT the best dieting foods. Those are nutricious but not good for weight LOSS! Apples r fine, but not in other forms {too much sugar}. Bananas r too starchy, nuts eat sparingly,granola is fattening in a “bar”. Eat organic loose granola. Toss out your salt shaker and drink diet versions of your fav drinks.
And you should take walks OUTSIDE daily minimum of 30min.
