You have good videos dude, but I think you should be more informative to what type of person you are talking about. Not all bodies will respond to the way you think. I certainly wouldn&#039;t.</description>

Muscle burns more calories just resting than body fat does. If you do short amounts of cardio intensely its better than doing it for an hour sustained. I always do 15 mins of cardio before a weight lifting session and I gain around 1 lb per month in lean body weight.</description>

go for
HIGH CARB- which you should get mostly from vegetables and fruits. Dont indulge too much on potatoes and rice or bread though. you can have it but eat mostly vegetables and fruits

MEDIUM AMOUNTS OF PROTEIN= too much protein damages the kidneys and liver, and once you go low on carbs you will get ketosis.
