PostHeaderIcon Why am I not seeing better results with my weight loss efforts?

He was always heavy, but active. I still struggle with my weight. At 5 feet 1 inch, 145 pounds is not good. I started a weight loss program doing aerobic exercises 30 minutes -1 hours a day about 4-5 times a week, drinking more water, cut my blood sugar and fat, walking to work and see what I eat. I would not say I’m on a diet, just changing my eating habits to be part of my lifestyle. I have a scoop of ice cream or a slice of cake once in a while, but not a donut, a day in the past. I started slowly changes around 3-4 months, but has intensified my efforts around 6 weeks. After 6 weeks, the scale has not budged. My shirts are only slightly loose arm, but not a failure, and my lower half feels really high, which is scary. Maybe it’s just my imagination. It’s very discouraging. I do not expect weight loss overnight, but I expected a noticeable change in about 6 weeks, particularly as a source of motivation. Can I do better? or am I expecting too much?
