Need I say more? It’s got a nice rhythm to it, excellent for step aerobics. I hope that Nintendo Wii would someday incorporate some hits in their otherwise-very-boring music for its aerobics. Wii Fit inspired me to do this Super Aerobics series, and on Day 50 we are bringing the Wii Fit Balance Board back!

Is swimming the best cardio for lowering body fat percentage? If so, how many meters per day should I swim?
I’m 6′2, 6′3 215ish pounds and have gained 30 pounds of muscle mass in the last 7-8 months, but I’m about 16% body fat and I want to be around 9% my abs are going to have. Swimming is the best way to lose body fat in the race and if so, how many feet should I swim every day? I mostly only crawl and breaststroke. Other suggestions to help. Thank you.
