Is swimming the best cardio for lowering body fat percentage? If so, how many meters per day should I swim?
I’m 6’2, 6’3 215ish pounds and have gained 30 pounds of muscle mass in the last 7-8 months, but I’m about 16% body fat and I want to be around 9% my abs are going to have. Swimming is the best way to lose body fat in the race and if so, how many feet should I swim every day
? I mostly only crawl and breaststroke. Other suggestions to help. Thank you.
Answer: You may want to try some weight training as well.
