My Sleep, Weightloss, and Diet. Is it healthy at all?

Once you lose 50 pounds (with excersize, of course)? I’ll have a lot of extra skin? II have str? as on my shoulders and my parts … but I think it s? it misused ‘em like scars of battle: D I’ve been overweight my entire life …? Why? I have if I wake up hungry i early also? n, right? including snack at night. I’m usually done eating at 10pm. Im p ??Hope? Loss of weight before this im 16, as? that can have a nice weight on my truthfuly driver’s license …, D then? qu? you think? Adem? s, i do not look like it weighs 200 … Most? to say that about 175 to 180 ..? Why? is this? weres the other 20 pounds? xDyour not eat after? s at 7pm .. I think it happens that someone with a sleep schedule? or normal .. d? as school when I go to bed at a decent hour after i eat no ? s 7pm.

So you have to eat 4-5 meals a day 2 being snacks here is a sample meal plan for the day: MEAL PLAN: 8am……………..Meal #1 11am……………Meal #2 (heavy snack) 2pm……………..Meal #3 5pm……………..Meal #4 (light snack) 7pm……………..Meal#5 9pm……………..Light snack NEVER EAT 1 1/2 HRS BEFORE BED!
