How can i keep gaining muscle mass, while lowering body fat…?
at the same time? or eat fewer calories also result in decreased muscle growth? muscle growth is only a question of getting enough protein, carbohydrates and lipids also influence the rate at which muscle mass is gained?
Lowering body fat while gaining weight – What’s the best way?
I am 18 years (men) and a maximum weight of about 140 pounds with a height of 5 “9. I want to put on some muscles and hit atleast 150 by the end of summer, but at the same time reduce body fat for your state Current (28. 3%). I entered the gym and am willing to make the necessary changes, the problem is IM not sure what the best way to take (both in terms of nutrition and excersise). Any help or advice from someone who knows his stuff is appreciated.
