I am 14% body fat, want to reduce to 10%. Right now I have to make the weight with a high protein diet low in carbohydrates, but now I am more and more cardio work to body fat, but I think now the body has enough carbohydrates are biting your muscles for energy additional necessary? I do not know if this is the case, and the normal, or increased many carbohydrates.

PostHeaderIcon Lowering body fat while gaining weight – What’s the best way?

I am 18 years (men) and a maximum weight of about 140 pounds with a height of 5 “9. I want to put on some muscles and hit atleast 150 by the end of summer, but at the same time reduce body fat for your state Current (28. 3%). I entered the gym and am willing to make the necessary changes, the problem is IM not sure what the best way to take (both in terms of nutrition and excersise). Any help or advice from someone who knows his stuff is appreciated.

I’m 6′2, 6′3 215ish pounds and have gained 30 pounds of muscle mass in the last 7-8 months, but I’m about 16% body fat and I want to be around 9% my abs are going to have. Swimming is the best way to lose body fat in the race and if so, how many feet should I swim every day? I mostly only crawl and breaststroke. Other suggestions to help. Thank you.
