I’m not fat, but just wanted to lower my body fat to look better and be more athletic. 15 years old 5’11 “170 19% body fat. My goal is 10%. I did a lot of online research, and established a routine: For breakfast, a bowl of fiber one cereal with milk breakfast, a sandwich (400cals or less)-As a snack (which I heard can get your metabolism) 2 eggs and cottage cheese melt, and dinner is always different, always trying to reduce it, it also takes magnesium, vitamin C and acid omega 3 fish oil with 4 cups of milk each day, a cup of green tea 4cups of eauIl is mostly less than 2000 ClientĂȘte access licenses for the year … D-lifting weights three days a half hour semaineUne 15-20 miles per hour on the exercise bike the other 4 days 2 H Sampension basketball I think will be good enough to start reducing body fat and if so how long will it take? If this is not what I could do better? Or do you have any suggestions I could use to improve? 4 cups milk, including milk in cereal

Under what conditions will reduce your percentage of body fat in the quickest and fastest. (I. Target Weight ex. 1 5 grams of protein per day for food =). Please, as the diet fat protein carbohydrate foods are so specific. So what is the target amount of time to maintain an elevated heart rate to burn fat without burning muscle when the muscle is broken? Now I realize, said a body fat percentage and not just fat loss. The idea is to reduce body fat mass is increased muscle density / lower body fat percentage. I’m not trying to win X amount of muscle and lose fat and amount. Im curious to know when the nutrition and the work that will be the% body fat decreased more obviously rapide.De will not be suitable for everyone, but I’m sure there are formulas are so guidelines can be applied to the general population . Je this question after seeing many misconceptions about weight loss and a rationalization. Im hoping that this will be useful to others and myself.

I’ma little sad that I’ve just learned of body fat is 18 years. The 4% and the content of my muscle mass is 62%. . . I want to increase muscle mass, but obviously I lose weight? Can I take creatine to help help my muscle mass (obvioulsy and work in the gym) – and also take a protein shake? But then I lose weight if I take creatine? Help!

I am 14% body fat, want to reduce to 10%.
