I&#8217;m looking to reach 40 to 50 pounds of body weight and approximately 20 pounds of muscle gain and end with a weight around 250 pounds. My calendar is the summer (two months half) and this is possible. I want my best effort for the year of High School (It&#8217;s too late for the summer) and to increase my performance in football and if I wanted to play another sport, maybe baseball. Currently Max is my bank and I&#8217;m almost 225 pounds a lineman D. Therefore, to summarize, I had protein shakes ie Muscle Milk but what else is safe for overweight young age 16? creatine? I want to keep it under $ 100 if possibleDésolé about me so much!</p>

Is this possible in the past six months? Today, that as in all 1200 1300kcal days, and I do squats, leg lifts, lunges, back and chest is released every two days Atleast help keep my muscles (it is resistance training, I know how to do it properly, so I decided to follow the basics for now), I also do light aerobic exercise for 30-40mins 5 times a week. I can eat every three hours and include lots of lean meat and vegetables in my diet, the more I take a multivitamin supplement oil poisson.3) Please advice on anything you need to integrate? (Incidentally, I started my program a month ago at 140 pounds and 29% fat) by the way, am petite, so actually appear smaller than it weighs (I wear size 6-8) although my fat level is low. . . I will focus more on intensive forms of strength training as I approach my weight loss to help her down a BF.Désolé 21%, I mean the size of the UK 8/US size 4 -6</p>
